Steam generators

Once through boilers The steam generator is a mono tube flash boiler. The feedwater enters into one end of a heated tube and the steam exits from the other end. The steam demand controls the feedwater supply directly. The steam generator is inherent safe. An explosion in a generator is "almost" harmless due to relatively low water quantity in the tube coil. Rapid start-up and quick response to changes in steam demand are some other advantages with the steam generator. A steam generator redy for delivery from the factory. TT Boilers provides steam generators in sizes from 150 to 6000 kg/h.
